Read coaching Terms Carefully

At Flourishwell Retreats, we prioritise transparency and clarity in our policies. Our wellness retreat terms and conditions outline important details regarding bookings, cancellations, payments, and participant responsibilities. 1. Nature of Coaching

FlourishWell provides professional ADHD workplace and executive function coaching.

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused process designed to support organisation, focus, productivity, and personal development.

Coaching is not:

• Therapy
• Psychological treatment
• Psychiatric care
• Crisis intervention
• Medical advice

Clients acknowledge that coaching does not replace professional medical or mental health support.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients understand that:

• Coaching outcomes depend on personal effort and implementation
• Results are not guaranteed
• All decisions made following coaching sessions are their sole responsibility

FlourishWell is not responsible for employment decisions, financial outcomes, or business results.

3. Programme Structure

Coaching is delivered according to the package selected (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).

Sessions are scheduled in advance and must be used within the agreed programme timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused sessions may expire at the end of the contracted period.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full prior to programme commencement unless an agreed instalment plan is in place.

Installment payments must be made on agreed dates.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of sessions until payment is received.

Fees are non-refundable once coaching has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at FlourishWell’s discretion.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Missed sessions without notice will be counted as delivered.

6. Access to Work Clients

Where coaching is funded via the Access to Work scheme:

• Clients remain responsible for attending sessions
• FlourishWell will invoice according to agreed structure
• Funding delays outside FlourishWell’s control do not extend contracted programme length unless agreed

Clients acknowledge that Access to Work funding decisions are made independently by the relevant authority.

7. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except:

• Where required by law
• Where there is risk of serious harm

8. Communication Between Sessions

Reasonable email or message support may be provided between sessions where included in the package.

Response times are typically within 48 working hours.

Coaching does not provide 24/7 support.

9. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, tools, frameworks, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of FlourishWell.

They may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

10. Data Protection

Client data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Information is used solely for coaching administration and service delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

FlourishWell is not liable for:

• Business or employment outcomes
• Financial decisions
• Loss of income
• Indirect or consequential loss

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for coaching services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship in writing.

If terminated by the client:

• No refunds will be issued for sessions already delivered
• Remaining sessions may be refunded at FlourishWell’s discretion

If terminated by FlourishWell due to inappropriate behaviour, no refund will be issued.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
