  • FlourishWell Retreats is a UK-based wellness and ADHD coaching business supporting neurodivergent women through ADHD-informed retreats, 1-1 and group coaching, and digital tools designed to work with ADHD minds, not against them.

  • FlourishWell retreats are designed for women with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want a supportive, ADHD-informed space to rest, grow, regulate, and reconnect.

  • No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend our retreats or work with us. Many women identify with ADHD traits or are self-diagnosed due to long NHS waiting lists. If the experience resonates with you, you are welcome.

  • Access to Work is a UK government scheme that provides financial support for people with disabilities or health conditions, including ADHD, to help them succeed at work. This can include coaching, assistive tech, or practical workplace support.

  • Yes. All coaching and retreat experiences are trauma-informed, consent-led, and designed to prioritise emotional and nervous-system safety.

  • Yes. FlourishWell was created by a Black woman with ADHD and intentionally centres inclusivity, representation, and culturally aware support.

  • No. FlourishWell offers coaching and wellness experiences, not therapy or medical treatment. We work alongside, not in place of, therapeutic or clinical support.

Coaching FAQ

  • ADHD coaching focuses on practical support for emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-trust, and sustainable routines. It is not therapy, but a forward-focused, supportive approach to living well with ADHD.

  • Yes. We offer personalised 1-1 ADHD coaching packages ranging from 1 to 12 months, tailored to your goals, challenges, and nervous system needs.

  • Coaching sessions are held online and include structured conversations, reflection tools, practical strategies, and accountability, all delivered in an ADHD-informed, compassionate way.

  • Yes. We accept Access to Work funding for ADHD coaching. Access to Work is a UK government scheme that can fund coaching and workplace support for neurodivergent individuals.

Retreat FAQ

  • Our first international retreat will take place in Phuket, Thailand, in a private luxury villa located in the Kathu District, surrounded by nature and designed for rest and privacy.

  • Each retreat lasts 7 nights and 8 days, allowing enough time for participants to settle, regulate, and integrate without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

  • The retreat price includes:

    • Private luxury accommodation

    • Chef-prepared meals (dietary needs included)

    • Daily wellness sessions

    • Group ADHD coaching

    • Excursions (tier-dependent)

    • Airport transfers

    • Wellness gifts and resources

    • Post-retreat integration support

  • Tier 1 includes the full retreat experience with group coaching and wellness sessions, plus one excursion.


    Tier 2 includes everything in Tier 1 plus six 1-1 ADHD coaching sessions during the retreat, two excursions, a massage package for deeper personalised support.

  • Yes. We offer flexible payment options after the deposit is paid, including Klarna, Clearpay, and monthly payment plans to make our retreats more accessible.

  • Yes. When you refer a friend, both you and your friend receive 10% off your retreat booking.

    There is also 10% off if you pay in full rather than a payment plan.
